The 2022 ECOWAS DAY was hosted by the prestigious O’jez Entertainment group. It had participants from over 10 countries including Nigeria.

APC Rally in Calabar with a PDP Coffin

Good day to all of us , these are pictures from an APC rally in calabar, which I presume a lot of us would have seen, there is even a video, which shows that the APC governorship candidate and the sitting governor of cross river state were present at the event.  I'm not a PDP member or sympathizer, I am Efik ,I am Qua, I am Efut, I am Kiong, and I am from cross river state and a Nigerian citizen.  I see us derailing and degenerating everyday despite individual contributions of some well meaning  persons.  I recall my last post  which I headlined as "Back to South" where I queried  the one sided execution of  the concept ,which I termed discriminatory , following which I had some bashing from some individuals who felt I should not have said anything in that regard, one "big man" even asked me to leave grammar and support whoever I care or choose. The story of the African Monarchical stool , which the very people and persons who are supposed to uphold , constituted the band of those wanting to bring the revered stool to ridicule.  From the days of former Governor Donald Duke and his adventurous show of power to the immediate past Obong of Calabar, the late Edidem  Elijah Nta Henshaw to the tussles of the present leading to the supreme court ruling. We have also been witnesses to the removal from office of professor Hogan Itam as the Muri of the Efuts and the creation of the seat called "the Paramount ruler of Calabar South.  The desecration and intransigence hurts. All on the altar of political expediency and over bloated egos.
